Overview

Proposed opening/maintenance of GUKIGUKU–MOHETO road by the Migori County Government (Kenya), open tender for a roads works contract. It is open to qualified bidders; the process includes a mandatory pre-tender site visit and standard open-tender provisions.

Requirements

• Eligibility and conduct: no conflicts of interest; not debarred; compliance with collusive-practices and corruption rules; joint ventures allowed with specified liability and representative requirements.
