Procurement of protective materials for beekeeping (PPE and protective gear) to supply and deliver beekeeping protective equipment and related items. Salima Mangochi District Council invites quotations for the supply and delivery of protective materials for beekeeping, including bee suits, gloves, boots, hives tools and related items, with delivery to specified TAs in SalimaMangochi District, Malawi. Bidder eligibility includes: valid Business Registration Certificate and Trading Licence; Annual Tax Clearance Certificate; Certificate MSMEs; PPDA Certificate 200 Million Category; and a list of recent Government contracts (LPO). Technical submissions must align with the Schedule of Requirements (Section C/D) and include a Beneficial Ownership Disclosure (Section D). Key commercial terms: delivery within 7 days of order; quotations valid for 30 days; warranty 12 months; prices in Malawi Kwacha; payment within 30 days from invoice (as stated in the RFQ). The RFQ also requires the exact Schedule of Requirements and price schedule (Section D) to be completed.
