Overview

Gardening services for all False Bay TVET College sites for a 3-year period (36 months). The College invites bids from contractors with CIDB grading of 3SH or higher to service all sites under Tender FBC T12/2026 (CIDB 100120141).

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 3SH or higher (CIDB Ref 100120141)
• Minimum 70% functionality threshold
• Non-refundable tender deposit of R300 (proof of payment) to collect documents
• Bids must be submitted on the issued tender documentation; telegraphic, telephonic, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted
• Preference points: 80/20 system
• Tenders may be awarded in whole or in part to the bidder (as determined by the Employer)
