Provide Microsoft teams room solution systems for RCB engineering boardroom at RCB TPT terminal.

Overview

Supply and installation of Microsoft Teams room solution systems for the engineering boardroom at Transnet Port Terminal Richards Bay. This RFQ targets ICT/AV integrators with Microsoft Teams Room experience who can supply hardware, configure and install the systems, and meet security/compliance requirements; the evaluation will require OEM certifications and Microsoft partner status among other criteria.

Requirements

• OEM Silver status certificate and Microsoft Partnership Certificate
• OEM Boardroom Solution letter and relevant reference letters
• Evidence of OEM-qualified engineers (CVs) and related qualifications
• Minimum five client reference letters for similar installations within 2 years
• Tax/compliance requirements: SARS Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number for each entity; compliance with POPIA where applicable; registration as required by Transnet
• Security clearance may be required for personnel
• Delivery lead-time and site-specific considerations as per RFQ documents

How to Apply

• Submission method: Electronically via the Transnet e-tender submission portal (TDPS eSupplier portal);
  • Register or sign in, view advertised tenders, upload bid documents (max 30MB per upload, multiple uploads allowed), ensure all pricing is in the eSupplier portal.
  • Do not submit paper pricing; pricing must be entered electronically.
• Documents to submit: Official bid forms and returnable documents (SBD forms, RFQ Declarations, Price Schedule, etc.) as per RFQ; complete and sign where required. (see RFQ package)
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: SARS Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number; VAT/PAYE where applicable; ensure compliance with PPPFA and B-BBEE requirements; JV/consortia must provide consolidated B-BBEE documents.
• Briefing: No formal briefing session; clarifications to be emailed to Nompumelelo Simelane by 28 Oct 2026 at 12:00; responses will be shared with all bidders. (see Section 2 of RFQ)
