Overview

Provide services for the impoundment, control, care, veterinary treatment and euthanasia of animals within the Stellenbosch Municipal area for the period ending 30 June 2029. Open-tender targeting providers with animal-control, veterinary, and shelter-management expertise. Suitable bidders should be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), tax-compliant, and capable of meeting the 80/20 price/B-BBEE/locality evaluation framework (80 price, 10 B-BBEE, 10 Locality). Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and compliant with tax obligations (Tax Compliance Status PIN or SARS TCS).
• Complete Pre-Award questionnaires for foreign suppliers; provide TCS/Pin per party in a JV/consortium; provide CSD number if no TCS.
• Compliance with General Conditions of Contract, Supply Chain Management Policy, and Preferential Procurement Regulations; 180-day tender validity; sealed submission; compulsory clarification briefing attendance.
• OHSA compliance with valid Letter of Good Standing; BBBEE status (as applicable for 80/20 scoring); locality and pricing documents as required.
• Complete tender documents including MBD forms, Pricing Schedule, and related declarations.
