Overview

This RFQ seeks a training provider to deliver Hazardous Identification Risk Assessment, Evacuation Warden, Hazardous Chemical Handling, Stack and Storage trainings to Department of Water and Sanitation employees. Suitable bidders are providers of occupational safety training with capacity to deliver government-grade training programs, and who can meet PFMA/PP regulations, tax compliance, and BBBEE requirements. Requirements

• 80/20 preference point system (price 80, specific goals 20) for contracts up to R50m; specify goals and provide proofs.
• Specific goals and points: Women ownership 5; Disability ownership 5; Youth ownership 5; Local enterprise location (Mpumalanga, Eastern Cape, Gauteng & KZN) 2; BBBEE level (QSE/EME) 3; total 20.
• Compliance with tax and supplier rules: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS) or CSD registration; separate TCS for joint ventures/sub-contractors; no bids from state-employed individuals or close associates.
• Complete and submit required bid forms: SBD 6.1 (Preference Points), SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 1 (Invitation/Terms), plus BBBEE reporting where applicable.
• Duration: Bid must remain valid for at least 120 days.
