PROVISION AND DELIVERY OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, ACCESORIES AND SERVER LICENSES

Overview

Procurement of provision and delivery of computer equipment, accessories and server licenses to Prince Albert Municipality. IT hardware suppliers with capability to supply desktops, laptops, peripherals and server licenses should bid; required qualifications include CSD registration, tax clearance, BBBEE status, and CIDB registration where applicable.

Requirements

• Submit CSD registration number and Tax Clearance (TCS Pin) with bid; CIDB registration number if applicable.
• Provide B-BBEE status level of contributor (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Complete and sign required MBD forms (MBD1, MBD2, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD7.2, MBD8, MBD9, MBD15) and pricing schedule (MBD3.1).
• Locality proof (address/lease or municipal accounts) to claim locality points.
• Compliance with GCC/SCC and confirmation that bidder is not in the service of the state.
• Additional documents per checklist (CSD report, CIDB if applicable, CIPC registration, municipal accounts for directors).
