Supply and installation of clear view fence with gates at KwaNcedomhlophe Stadium in Ward 15. Bidders should be CIDB-registered with grading 3SQ or higher and must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). In joint ventures, a consolidated CIDB certificate meeting the requirements must be attached.

Requirements

• CIDB registration: 3SQ+ with proof by closing date; JV must attach consolidated CIDB certificate.
• CSD registration: proof of registration required.
• Bid document fee: non-refundable R600 (incl. VAT) payable to collect bid documents.
• Mandatory clarification meeting: 18 Feb 2026 10:00 at Tugela Community Hall; attendance compulsory; failure to attend disqualifies.
• Submission: sealed envelopes, labeled with Bid No. 23/25/26, delivered to the Bid Box, Civic Centre, 2 Kingfisher Road, Mandeni, by 12:00 on 27 Feb 2026; late, electronic or faxed bids not accepted.
