Overview

Provision of a comprehensive Feasibility Engineering Study for PetroSA’s Gas-to-Power Project (300–360 MW CCGT) at Mossel Bay, including a bankable AACE Class 3 cost estimate. The project targets feasibility-level engineering for a gas-to-power facility and related balance-of-plant, with potential future FEED/EPC support. Suitable bidders are service providers with demonstrated capability in feasibility studies for gas/power projects, grid integration, RAM/HAZID, and cost estimation. Access to full tender documentation requires CSD registration (MAAA). A scope clarification meeting is scheduled virtually on 20 August 2026 at 11:00 CAT; submission closes 2 September 2026 at 11:00. Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced service providers for feasibility engineering of a gas-to-power project (Gas-to-Power, Mossel Bay).
• Ability to deliver: Basis of Design, Feasibility Study, technical/utility and grid integration studies, RAM/HAZID, AACE Class 3 cost estimates, project execution and procurement schedules.
• Evidence of capability to develop bankable documentation and support future FEED/EPC.
• Compliance with PetroSA eProcurement processes and CSD MA registration (registration required to access full tender docs).
