Overview

Procurement of a fraud hotline provision for CTICC (RFQ 014/2026). Suitable bidders are those with experience in fraud hotlines, whistleblowing platforms, call-center support, and relevant compliance/data privacy capabilities. Non-compulsory briefing: 6 August 2026 at 10:00 via MS Teams; Closing: 11 August 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation uses an 80/20 scoring (80 = price, 15 = B-BBEE status, 5 = locality) with a minimum functionality score of 70. Bidders not registered on CTICC or the Central Supplier Database may bid but must be registered before award. Bids must be submitted in a sealed hard-copy envelope.

Requirements

• Minimum functionality score: 70.
• Scoring mechanism: 80/20 (80 = price, 15 = B-BBEE status, 5 = locality).
• Bidders not on CTICC or Central Supplier Database may bid but must be registered prior to award.
• Bids must be sealed in an A4 envelope, clearly stating bid number and tender name, delivered to the CTICC reception (RFQ BOX, ground floor, 1 Lower Long Street).

How to Apply

• Obtain RFQ document by emailing: tender1@cticc.co.za (RFQ 014 20226 Provision for a Fraud Hotline Advert.pdf).
• Non-compulsory briefing: 6 August 2026, 10:00, MS Teams (link to be requested by email).
• Prepare and submit completed bid documents in a sealed envelope, clearly stating the bid number and tender name; deposit into the “RFQ BOX” at CTICC1, 1 Lower Long Street.
• Closing date/time: 11 August 2026 at 12:00.
• Openly submitted bids only; late or electronic submissions will not be accepted.
