Provision for Ad Hoc Aerial Firefighting Services Overberg District Municipality for the Period Ending 30 June 2029. Open to service providers with aerial firefighting capabilities and relevant compliance (SCM policy, Tax Compliance PIN, POPIA).

Requirements

• Comply with Overberg District Municipality's SCM Policy and the 80/20 procurement framework.
• Submit a valid Tax Compliance status PIN issued by the South African Revenue Services.
• Ensure POPIA compliance for handling personal information.
• Pay a non-refundable tender fee of R300 by electronic payment, using the company name and tender number as reference.
• Submit tenders on the prescribed official document, in a sealed envelope endorsed “T09-2026” and place in the tender box at 26 Long Street, Bredasdorp 7280, by 12:00 on Friday 23 October 2026.
• Tenders submitted by fax, e-mail, or after closing time will not be accepted.
• The municipality may not accept the lowest or any tender.

• Submission method and deadline: Duly completed tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed “T09-2026” and deposited in the tender box at the Overberg District Municipality Offices, 26 Long Street, Bredasdorp 7280, not later than 12:00 on Friday, 23 October 2026; tenders opened publicly thereafter; no fax/email submissions; only on the prescribed official document.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: Submit a valid Tax Compliance PIN; comply with POPIA; adhere to the SCM policy and 80/20 evaluation framework.
