Procurement of an Occupational and Environmental Radiation Protection Dosimetry Service for NRF iThemba Labs for five years. Bidders should be Radiation Protection Dosimetry service providers with registration on the South African National Dose Registry (NDR) and SAHPRA Radiation Control approval, plus SANAS accreditation where applicable. They must also meet NRF tax and supplier pre-qualification (CSD, SARS TCS PIN), provide mandatory forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and pricing schedules, and demonstrably capacity to deliver personnel and environmental dosimetry (OSL/TLD), supply monthly dose records to NDR/NNR, and coordinate courier-based dosimeter collection and electronic dose reporting. A fully compliant bid requires staff with appropriate qualifications, three client references for similar work, and indemnity insurance.
