Requirements

• Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliant.
• Valid health certificate for food premises (name on certificate) and at least one catering reference.
• Complete RFQ including SBD4 and SBD6.1; sign all pages; provide CSD/TCS status as applicable.
• Provide ID copies for directors, CIPC registration, SARS PIN, and BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Pricing must reflect VAT inclusive costs; submit a separate quote on bidder’s letterhead.

• Evaluation: 80/20 price/BBBEE with a maximum value around R1,000,000; subject to SIU integrity/vetting processes.
