QUOTATION-PROVISION FOR CONTROL AND ERADICATION OF ALIEN AND INVASIVE VEGETATION AT UILENKRAALSMOND RESORT

Overview

Provision for control and eradication of alien and invasive vegetation at Uilenkraalsmond Resort (Overberg District Municipality). This RFQ invites environmental management service providers with Unit Standard 12875 to bid on invasive vegetation control. Competitors should have vegetation-management and ecological control expertise, and be prepared for an 80/20 evaluation, with mandatory site briefing and SARS/BBBEE compliance requirements (see attached bid documents).

Requirements

• Compulsory site briefing: 21 October 2026 at 11:00, Uilenkraalsmond site (attendance mandatory).
• Tax compliance: valid Tax Compliance Status PIN/TCS; if foreign, pre-award questionnaire; separate TCS/PIN for each JV; CSD number if no TCS.
• BBBEE: SANAS‐approved BBBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE rules apply).
• Documentation: complete bid on official forms (MBD1–MBD9), including Pricing Schedule MBD3.1 and Form of Offer MBD7.1; 80/20 evaluation process.
• Registrations: ODM Accredited Supplier Database registration; CSD registration where applicable.
• Site access: sealed bids, no fax/email submissions; bid documents provided at ODM SCM Unit; site visit specifics in documents.
• Other: 90-day bid validity; adherence to POPIA; applicable municipal SCM policies.
