Overview

Provision for garbage collection and cleaning services in Narok Town and its environs. A 24-month, open tender for non-consulting services, with a youth reservation, issued by Narok County Government. Requirements

• Tender security: KSh 600,000, valid 30 days from tender opening (bank guarantee, cash, or PPRA-accepted forms).
• Prices: inclusive of taxes and delivery, in Kenya Shillings, valid 180 days from closing.
• Tax compliance: valid tax clearance certificate or tax exemption from KRA.
• Eligibility and integrity: comply with anti-corruption, independence declarations, and declare no debarment; provide Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• JV rules: Joint ventures allowed with joint and severally liable members; no multiple tendering by the same firm; notify any conflicts of interest.
