Requirements

• SAQA-accredited MFMP training covering LP1–LP6 (unit standards IDs provided) at NQF level 6; verification by SAQA.
• LG SETA accreditation; training venue provided by the municipality; service provider to supply lunch.
• Train six municipal officials within two months; deliver LG SETA–credit bearing certificates; provide a detailed close-out report.
• Project staffing: assessors/moderators with public administration qualifications (NQF7+), and LG SETA registration (proof required).
• Deliver a budget breakdown (training, catering, travel/accommodation); provide a packaged learning content plan, methodologies, timeframes, and client references.
• Compliance documents: tax clearance, CSD registration, BBBEE status, and required tender documents; no conflicts of interest.
