Overview

Provision for printing and branding services under a 2-year framework contract for Bungoma County Government. Open National tender reserved for AGPO-YOUTH, targeting suppliers capable of printing, branding, and related services (design, production, installation).

Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: open to private entities, individuals, state-owned bodies or JVs; JV liability; anti-corruption declarations; not debarred; comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Technical/operational: ability to supply goods and related services per the Schedule of Requirements; where required, Manufacturer's Authorization and local representation in Kenya; conformance to technical specs and proven capacity to deliver.
• Legal/tax: Kenyan tax clearance certificate or exemption; compliance with nationality and facility requirements; no conflicting relationships with the Procuring Entity.
• Local content: certain items must be sourced from Kenya; Kenya-origin declarations to be provided.
• Tendering mechanics: single tender or package pricing; fixed price unless TDS allows adjustments; proper tender security or tender-securing declaration as specified.
