Overview

Provision for supply, repair and servicing of office machine and equipment. Bungoma County invites prequalification of contractors/suppliers to supply, repair, and service office machines and equipment (e.g., typewriters, duplicators, photocopiers, calculators, computers, phones, etc.) under Tender No BGM/CNTY/012/2026/2027/2028. Prequalified applicants may be invited to tender via the National Competitive Bidding process. Requirements

• Eligibility, anti-corruption, and conflict of interest compliance (no disqualifications; not debarred; no conflicting relations with public officers).
• Financial capability: adequate liquid assets/credit, and audited financial statements for the last years; demonstrated cash-flow capacity.
• Experience: relevant office equipment supply/maintenance history; completion of comparable contracts; forms EXP-4.1, EXP-4.2 as applicable.
• Documentation: Tax Compliance Certificate (KRA TCC), PIN/VAT, valid trading license, Certificate of Registration/Incorporation, Confidential Business Questionnaire, company profile; tender must be sequentially paginated; sign Application Submission Letter.
• Additional requirements: insurance (fire/burglary), certificate of good conduct, and any other evidence requested in the prequalification data sheet.

How to Apply

• Submission method: sealed envelope, clearly labeled with ITT/tender number; deliver by hand or post to the County Commissioner Bungoma; or place in the tender box at the County Commissioner’s entrance. Electronic submission may be allowed per the PDS.
