Overview

Procurement of the supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, servicing, fault-finding, repairs, replacement, testing and technical support of security systems and integrated equipment for Eskom’s Cape Coastal Cluster, Eastern Cape. Bidders should be qualified security-system integrators/service providers with PSIRA registration (company and directors), Eskom eligibility to bid, and compliance with SHEQ requirements; CIDB registration (as applicable); tax clearance; and local-content documentation.

Requirements

• Eskom eligibility to do business with the State
• PSIRA registration for the company (and directors) with good standing not older than 90 days
• CIDB registration (as applicable) and minimum grade
• Valid tax clearance
• Completion/submission of SBDs (SBD 1, 4, 6.1, 6.2) and related annexures, plus pricing schedule in PDF and Excel, and proof of insurance (public liability) and regional office address
