Provision for the Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of a Ground-mounted PV with BESS system at Freemantle Boys High School Eastern Cape. • Battery: compliant with SANS/IEC 62619:2022 (IEC 63056 preferred), DoD ≥80%, ≥5,000 cycles, modular and scalable.
• Quality/Safety: ISO 9001-based Supplier Quality Management; provide a Quality Plan (QCP/ITP) and pre/post contract quality monitoring; comply with Eskom SHE specifications and site safety requirements.
• Documentation: CIDB registration number (if applicable); SBDs (1, 4, 6.1), Pricing Schedule/BOQ (PDF and Excel), Local Content Declarations (Annexures C–G4), E-tendering manuals, and contract data per ECC3.
