Provision for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of roof-mounted PV and BESS systems at Enoch Sontonga Secondary School. Bidders should be capable of rooftop PV/ESS EPC delivery, including electrical installation, project management and quality systems. Evidence of ISO 9001-compliant quality management and Eskom supplier-quality processes is required (per 240-105658000). CIDB registration (if applicable) may be needed. Requirements

• Demonstrate ISO 9001 quality management and adherence to Eskom Supplier Quality Management requirements (240-105658000).
• Post-/pre-contract quality processes: contract execution, supplier quality performance monitoring, and supplier quality audits (per Eskom quality specification and related documents).
• Provide environmental/SHEQ documentation as part of evaluation (Environmental Tender Evaluation criteria).
• Pre-qualification/registration: CIDB registration (if applicable).
• Submit detailed technical design and compliance evidence for PV+BESS, including equipment certifications and test reports (see attached URS and evaluation criteria documents).
