PROVISION GRAPHIC DESIGN AND DOCUMENT VISUALISATION SERVICES FOR TWO TOURISM INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDING PROPOSALS AND THREE INVESTMENT LAND PARCEL PACKAGES

Overview

Graphic design and document visualisation services for two tourism infrastructure funding proposals and three investment land parcels. Buffalo City Metropolitan Development Agency (BCMDA) invites suitably qualifying service providers to design and produce four principal documents: two Tourism Infrastructure Funding Proposals and three Investment Land Parcel Packages. Suitable bidders are professional graphic designers with experience in investment/tourism literature, capable of branding, layout, infographics, maps, and print/digital outputs. Key requirements include CSD registration, completion of MBD4/MBD6.1/MBD7.1/MBD8/MBD9 and declaration forms, proof of prior relevant work, and the ability to deliver within about six weeks under an 80/20 PPPFA scoring (80 for price, 20 for specific goals). Requirements

• CSD registration with proof or provide supplier number.
• Complete MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9 and Declaration of Bidder forms.
• Meet all mandatory compliance requirements and provide proof for specific goals (B-BBEE, municipal debt status, etc.).
• Demonstrate at least 3 years of graphic design experience with CVs and a portfolio of relevant work; provide two letters of reference with project value totaling at least R100,000.
• Provide proof that bidder and directors’ municipal accounts are not in arrears for more than 3 months (accepted forms include debt clearance, lease confirmations, etc.).
• Not be in the service of the state; not listed on restricted tender databases; provide relevant declarations.
• Prices must be VAT-inclusive where applicable; quotations valid for 90 days; hard-copy submissions only.
• Deliverables include final print-ready PDFs and editable source files; project management and QA requirements apply.
