Provision of a Comprehensive Employee (Assistance) / (Wellbeing/Wellness) Programme (EAP or EWP) for a period of 36 months

Overview

Artscape seeks to appoint an experienced service provider to deliver a Comprehensive Employee (Assistance) / Wellbeing/Wellness Programme (EAP or EWP) for 36 months. The contract covers counselling, 24/7 support, managerial and referral services, and related wellness activities for Artscape staff and their immediate families, with a target of around R1M. Bidders should have a track record servicing public entities with 100+ employees, be registered on the CSD, and hold BBBEE credentials.

Requirements

• Registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Be able to submit using RFQ0116/2026 in the subject line and complete Supplier Specifications (page 2)
• BBBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit; provide SARS number; submit SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (where applicable), SBD8 & SBD9
• Demonstrated track record: minimum 5 EAP/EWP client references; 5+ years servicing public entities with >100 employees
• Deliverables include: 24/7 telephonic support, face-to-face counselling, managerial consultations/referrals, quarterly utilization reports, awareness campaigns, policy recommendations
• Compliance: GCC PFMA, local content where applicable (SBD6.2), and RFQ conditions
