Overview

Procurement of a comprehensive employee wellness programme for the FSCA over five years. Bidders must be valid members of a professional body (e.g., EAPA, HPCSA) with proof of registration; FSCA may verify. Requirements

• Pre-qualification: valid membership with a professional body (EAPA, HPCSA or equivalent); provide proof; FSCA may verify; non-qualification leads to elimination.
• CSD and compliance: registered on the Central Supplier Database; update details as required.
• Tax and registrations: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; or CSD number if no TCS; comply with SA tax laws.
• Experience and capability: detailed company profile (≥5 years in wellness programmes); track record with reference letters (not older than 10 years); CVs for Account Exec, Relationship Manager, and key personnel (≥10 years’ relevant experience).
• Service delivery and governance: 24/7 telephonic/electronic wellness services; up to six personal counselling sessions per person per year; trauma debriefing within 12–48 hours; regular reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) and planning; executive wellness; training and inductions; service delivery SLA and scorecard.
• Pricing and Bidding documents: complete SBD forms (SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4) and SBD6.1; provide a comprehensive pricing schedule; confirm fee arrangements and possible travel/expenses as per SBD3.3.
• Preference points: compliance with BBBEE-specific goals (women-owned 51%+, youth 51%+, black-owned 51%+, with required proof).
