Overview

Procurement of a new alarm and armed response security service for PPECB Robertson office (12 Paul Kruger Street, Robertson). Bidders should be qualified security providers with PSIRA registration, 24/7 monitoring, armed response capability, and a regional footprint in or near Robertson. Requirements

• PSIRA-registered security company with valid certificate; provide proof.
• 24/7 monitoring control room and 24/7 emergency response; 10–15 minute dispatch target.
• Patrolling/response vehicles within ~5–10 km; uniformed, marked armed response teams.
• Records maintenance, replacement/repair of equipment with market-related pricing; company contingency plan (BCP).
• 24-hour product support (e.g., SMS reporting) and security vetting of personnel.
• Mandatory site visit: 23 June 2026, 11:00–12:00; arrange with PPECB contact.
• Compliance documents: SBD1, SBD4, valid tax clearance, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, SBD6.1, CSD registration, PSIRA proof.
• Evaluation: Stage 1 compliance; Stage 2 mandatory criteria (PSIRA registration, site visit); Stage 3 technical (experience, regional footprint, references, vehicles, installation/warranty, value adds); Stage 4 price (80/20 or 90/10 system with 20 points for specific goals).
