Overview

Provision of 12,000 access cards for the University of Fort Hare, with a test sample required before stock order. The RFQ invites suitably qualified, registered service providers to supply 12,000 MIFARE Classic 4K PVC cards (ISO/IEC 14443 Type A) and adhere to UFH SCM policies; bidders must meet required registrations and submit the specified documentation.

Requirements

• Full compliance with the RFQ096NM2026 specifications (spec attached).
• Submit Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) – compulsory.
• Supply 12,000 cards meeting the spec, with a sample card for testing prior to ordering.
• Complete and submit pricing schedule and required SBD/contract forms; observe B-BBEE/price preference (80/20 or 90/10) rules.
• UFH reserves the right to award non-lowest or not award.
