Requirements

• Venue must provide both accommodation and conference facilities at the same establishment (Bela-Bela or within 10 km) with capacity for 11 delegates.
• Accommodation: 11 single standard rooms, breakfast and dinner for 25 nights; Conference: full package including venue, lunch, mid-morning/afternoon snacks, water.
• Check-in/out: 14 September 2026 / 09 October 2026.
• Bid submissions must include: National Treasury CSD number, company name, SARS Tax Compliance PIN, SDB 4, SDB 6.1; SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Form).
• Source documents required: CIPC registration, proof of women/youth/PWD/Black ownership as specified.
