PROVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO THE ETQA UNIT FOR 36 MONTHS

Overview

Provision of administrative services to the ETQA unit for 36 months by a Temporary Employment Services provider to source, recruit, appoint and manage temporary administrative personnel. The contract aims to appoint a TES to support CATHSSETA's ETQA functions delegated by the QCTO. Bidders with TES/HR outsourcing capability and the ability to deploy staff and tools of trade, while complying with SA tax/pin, CSD, and BBBEE requirements, should bid.

Requirements

• TES capability to source, recruit, appoint and manage temporary administrative personnel for 36 months; including five Administrators with SETA environment experience and a Project Manager/Lead with five years’ experience and NQF level 7+.
• CVs and certified qualifications for all key personnel; five Administrators with relevant admin experience (NQF level 6+).
• Tools of trade: five laptops with chargers and data cards.
• Track record: five similar projects with reference letters on official letterhead and accompanying Purchase Orders.
• Compliance: valid Tax Clearance PIN, CSD number or Tax Compliance status, BBBEE certificate, SBD Forms 1, 4, 6.1, 7.2; CSD summary.
