Overview

PROVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES OF A FINE COLLECTION SYSTEM AND CAMERA EQUIPMENT WITH THE RELATED OPERATIONAL SUPPORT. Bidders with experience in municipal administrative support, fines processing, CCTV/camera equipment operation and maintenance, and related operational support are invited to bid, subject to achieving at least 70/100 functionality (special condition).

Requirements

• Minimum functionality score: 70/100 (SMT38-25-26_Advert.pdf).
• Bids evaluated under the 80/20 preferential procurement policy; the Council may accept any bid or part thereof and is not obliged to accept the lowest bid.
• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with tender number SMT38-25-26 and description, to the Municipal Tender Box by 11:00 on 11 September 2026 (opening in public).
• Must include Tax Compliance Status PIN; bids must be on prescribed tender documents; non-refundable deposit of R759.20 to obtain documents; deposit payments to Swellendam Municipality Standard Bank account (details in advert) (SMT38-25-26_Advert.pdf).
• Bids valid for 150 days from closing date; late, email or facsimile submissions will not be considered.
