PROVISION OF AIR TICKETING SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THREE YEARS

Overview

Provision of air ticketing services under a framework agreement for three years for the Nyamira County Assembly. Open tender for travel-management services; eligible bidders are travel agencies with IATA registration and relevant licenses to provide air ticketing and related travel arrangements to official travellers (Hon Speaker, Members, CASB, staff).

Requirements

• MR1 Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
• MR2 Valid KRA Tax Compliance certificate
• MR3 Evidence of IATA registration
• MR4 CR12 or certified list of directors
• MR5 Must submit a price list
• Demonstrated financial and technical capability to perform the contract
• Ability to provide dedicated personnel with minimum 3 years travel-industry experience; replacement staff when needed
• Compliance with framework-call-off arrangement and evaluation of lowest evaluated tender that is substantially responsive
• Price list submission for domestic, regional, and international ticketing
• Note: Tender security is not applicable (as per Appendix)
