Overview

Provision of Air Travel Agency Services with Tours and Travel to the County Government of Nyandarua under a two-year Framework Agreement. This Open National Tender invites bids for a two-year framework (renewable for one year) to supply air travel agency services with tours and travel, to be engaged via call-offs. Bidders must be qualified travel or travel-management firms capable of handling official government travel, with appropriate certifications and compliance.

Requirements

• Eligible tenderers (including joint ventures) and avoidance of conflicts of interest.
• Foreign bidders must show at least 40% local content (inputs from Kenyan nationals) and provide evidence.
• Tax compliance: valid tax compliance certificate.
• Tender security of 50,000 Kenya Shillings or an equivalent tender-securing declaration.
• Compliance with anti-corruption, independence determinations, and related declarations (Certificate of Independent Tender Determination).

• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, JV documents if applicable, evidence of eligibility and qualifications, conformity evidence, and any other documents required in the Tender Data Sheet.
