Overview

Provision of all labour, material, fittings and equipment for installing a concrete palisade fence at Kalksloot and Station Cemeteries in Dawid Kruiper Municipality (Upington). Bidders should be fencing/civil works contractors with CIDB grading of Level 2 SQ or higher, capable of manufacturing/assembling concrete palisade components, and with compliance filings (CSD, SARS TCS, municipal proof).

Requirements

• CIDB grading Level 2 SQ or higher.
• Proof of manufacture: manufacturer’s brochure for palisade components.
• Compliance documentation: Tax Clearance Status (TCS/PIN), CSD registration; VAT status; proof for consortiums if applicable.
• Preferential-claims documents: proof of local presence (local office in Dawid Kruiper), municipal account not older than 3 months (or lease/sworn affidavit if not owner).

• Delivery to Upington address; performance security within 30 days of award; warranty provisions (12 months on goods).
