Provision of an External Loan to fund a Regional Landfill Site. Suitable service providers (financial lenders) with experience in municipal project finance and compliance with South African SCM policies should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Attend the compulsory clarification meeting (07 Jul 2026, 11:00, MS Teams; link available on request). Only bids from attendees will be considered.
• Submit in a sealed envelope endorsed “T58A-2026: Provision of an External Loan for the Funding of a Regional Landfill Site.”
• Tender must be placed in the 26 Long Street tender box no later than 12:00 on 14 Jul 2026; bids submitted by fax or email will not be accepted; must use the prescribed official documents.
• Non-refundable tender fee of R970; pay electronically with company name and tender number as reference.
• Submit a valid Tax Compliance status PIN (SARS).
• Evaluate/award under the 90/10 SCM system; ODM may not accept the lowest or any tender.

How to Apply

• Clarification meeting: 07 Jul 2026, 11:00 via MS Teams (link on request) (document: T58A-2026).
• Submission: deliver a sealed envelope to the ODM Tender Box, 26 Long Street, Bredasdorp, 7280, by 12:00 on 14 Jul 2026 (document: T58A-2026).
• Documents to submit: duly completed tender on prescribed official form; include evidence of Tax Compliance PIN; payment receipt for the R970 fee (reference with tender no).
• Fees and documents: non-refundable R970; obtain tender documents from Mrs L Siyeka (tenders@odm.org.za).
• Public opening: tender envelopes opened publicly after the deadline.
• Additional: ODM uses its Municipal SCM Policy under MFMA; POPIA compliance; right to not award or to reject all tenders.
