Overview

Procurement of an Integrated Waste Management System for CTICC. Suitable for qualified, registered waste-management firms with experience delivering integrated waste systems, who are registered on CTICC and the Central Supplier Database, and can operate from an office within 100 km of CTICC. Bids are evaluated on 80/20 (price used for 80 points; 15 for B-BBEE; 5 for locality). A mandatory briefing is scheduled for 27 August 2026 at CTICC 1, Meeting Rooms 1.61–1.62. Requirements

• Eligible bidders must be registered on the CTICC Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database prior to adjudication.
• Must operate from an established office within 100 km of CTICC.
• Public liability insurance of R20 million; proof to be submitted with the bid.
• Tax compliance: valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS e-Filing PIN/TCS status; provide registration details.
• Minimum functionality score of 70 (Tenderer’s Experience 70; Experience of Key Staff 15; Quality Control Procedures 15).
• Returnable documents (e.g., MBD forms, declarations, insurance, qualification schedules) completed and returned.
• B-BBEE status/affidavits required to claim preference points; localities within Western Cape to be proven for locality points.
• Compliance with MFMA requirements and CTICC procurement policies; no alternative tender offers.

• Briefing: compulsory briefing on 27 August 2026, 10:00, CTICC 1, Meeting Rooms 1.61–1.62.
• Submission deadline: 11 September 2026, 12:00.
• Clarifications may be requested up to two working days before closing date.
