Overview

Provision of analytical services – toxicity analysis and reporting for a period of three years on an ‘as and when’ required basis. Eskom invites open-tender bids from laboratories with SANAS/ISO17025:2017 accreditation for toxicity analysis, capable of providing testing and reporting over 3 years on an as-needed basis. Eligible bidders must be registered (CSD) and meet tax, safety, quality and integrity requirements. A non-compulsory clarification meeting is on 08 July 2026 via MS Teams (see ITT).

Requirements

• SANAS/ISO17025:2017 accredited lab for toxicity analysis; valid certificates.
• Eligibility: no sanctions, no conflicts of interest; CIDB not applicable; CN/lead party rules as per Tender Data.
• Mandatory contract evidence: CSD registration, COIDA good standing, Environmental/OHS documentation, latest financial statements, tax clearance where applicable, and integrity declarations.
• Functionality threshold: minimum 85% final score (Company experience in toxicity analysis and reporting; client/PO confirmation; valid accreditation).
• Returnables: complete Annexures A–J, SBD forms (SBD1, SBD6.1, SBD6.2), tax questionnaire, vendor details, and pricing schedule (PDF plus Excel).
• Pricing: pricing schedule to be submitted in PDF and an Excel copy; cataloguing where required; NEC contract terms apply.
