Provision of Annual Sage Pastel Evolution License Renewal. The South African State Theatre invites bids from Sage-authorized partners (Business Partners/Resellers/Distributors) with proven Sage licensing renewals experience, SAQA-aligned training capabilities, and SETA-certified facilitators.

Requirements

• Phase 1 SCM compliance (documentation): proof of CSD registration (MAAA); completed SBD1, SBD4; SBD6.1 if claiming points; CK company registration; ID copies; SARS tax PIN; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; certified share certificate; POPIA consent form; GCC; and related verifications. • Phase 2 Mandatory requirements: proof of authorization as a Sage Business Partner/Reseller/Distributor; at least three reference letters for Sage licensing/renewals/support in last five years (on client letterhead, dated, signed, with scope and value).
• Phase 3 Technical: provide technical specifications for offered products; ensure compliance with 4.1 description (Annual Sage Pastel Evolution License Renewal); training material aligned to SAQA unit standards; facilitators registered/certified; recommended facilitator with relevant SETA; training site meeting resource standards.
• Phase 4 Price/Specific Goals: evaluate on price (80 points) and specific goals (20 points) per Annexure F; PPPFA alignment.
