Overview

Provision of Audit Services for the Reconciliation, Verification and Apportionment of Property Service Charges for Kenya Development Corporation (KDC). Open to consulting firms that meet ICPAK registration, tax compliance and other mandatory documentary requirements; Joint Venture arrangements are allowed as specified in the RFP.

Requirements

• Valid ICPAK Registration/Practice Certificate
• Current Kenya Tax Compliance Certificate
• Audited Financial Statements for 2024–2025
• CR12 for a company or Partnership Agreement
• Power of Attorney/Authorization to bind the firm
• Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination
• Technical Proposal Submission Form and Self-Declaration Forms SD1/SD2
• Not insolvent or debarred; no conflicts of interest
• JV details: lead member and all members (if applicable)
• Tape-bound tender document with detailed table of contents
• Evidence of eligibility and compliance with PPRA rules (See RFP Document for specifics)
