Overview

Provision of branded items for the Justice Mbuyiseli Madlang/Moot Court Competition, including 70 branded or embroidered items and medals (20 gold, 20 silver). Suppliers of promotional merchandise with branding/embroidery capability should consider bidding, particularly those able to print/logo-brand items and supply branded medals. Bidders must meet UFH’s supplier requirements (CSD registration, UFH supplier database, and a Tax Clearance certificate) and comply with University policies (GBV, anti-fraud, ethics, etc). The scope includes items such as flasks, bottles, string bags, pens, coffee mugs, cups, and medals branded with both JMIMC and UFH logos (white straps for medals). Requirements

• Compulsory registrations: Central Supplier Database (CSD) and UFH supplier database; Tax Clearance certificate.
• Complete SQD Form 1 and submit price declaration; adhere to SCM policies; quotes may be disqualified for non-compliance.
• Evaluation: 80/20 or 90/10 preference system; 80 for price, 20 for specific goals; includes 51%+ women ownership goal.
• B-BBEE requirements: provide proof of B-BBEE status level; may include sub-contracting disclosures; governance policy compliance (GBV, ethics, anti-fraud).
• Scope specifics: supply 70 branded/embroidered items listed in the specification, plus 20 gold and 20 silver medals branded with JMIMC and UFH logos; white straps for medals.
