Overview

Provision of building and infrastructure maintenance services at Drakensberg Pumped Storage Scheme on an as-and-when-required basis for five years. Open to bidders with capabilities in building maintenance, civil and structural works, plus electrical/mechanical infrastructure upkeep for energy facilities and critical assets.

Requirements

• Complete Eskom Tax Evaluation Pack A (for companies/CC/trust) or Pack B (for individuals) to determine tax status, including signing the applicable affidavits in Appendices 1–10 (as relevant).
• If employing three or more full-time employees (not connected to shareholders/members), sign Appendix 1; if any employees are connected, follow the relevant declarations (Appendices 2–4, 7–9) and sign the Partes of representative details.
• If services involve a connected person rendering services to Eskom, sign the appropriate affidavits (Appendix 2 or 3).
• If more than 80% of income is from a single client/associated institution, sign Appendix 4; otherwise follow the 6(i)–6(xi) tax-status disclosures (Appendix 7 or 8).
• Complete the tax-status declarations for Labour Brokers or Independent Suppliers as applicable (Appendix 6–8) and provide IRP30 certificate if claiming non-deduction (Appendix 6).
• Include the signed Part of the Representative details (as required).
