Overview

Provision of Building and Infrastructure Maintenance Services at Gariep Hydro Station on an as-and-when-required basis for five years. This Eskom Gariep Peaking Site contract targets building and infrastructure maintenance across multiple disciplines (envelope, roofing, walls, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and civil works) and is open to qualified facilities/maintenance contractors. Bidders should have relevant construction/maintenance capability, CIDB registration, and compliance with Eskom’s quality and procurement requirements (e.g., ISO 9001-based quality management and local-content/PPPFA considerations). Requirements

• CIDB registration number required (Form of Offer). (Attachment 4 TSC3.pdf)
• Quality management: ISO 9001:2015 and a Suppliers Quality Management specification approach (Supplier Quality Management: Specification). (Attachment 8; Attachment 7)
