Overview

Provision of building and infrastructure maintenance services on an as-and-when-required basis for Eskom’s Ingula Pumped Storage Scheme over five years. Bids are open to contractors with capabilities in building maintenance, civil and mechanical/electrical infrastructure, and facilities management, with relevant registrations and certifications (CIDB, ISO 9001, OHS). The contract aligns to Eskom’s peaking-site maintenance program and uses NEC3-style governance via the TSC3 contract data. A compulsory clarification meeting is required, and tenders are submitted electronically via Eskom’s e-tendering portal.

Requirements

• CIDB registration appropriate to building/civil works.
• Quality & safety compliance: adherence to Eskom Supplier Quality Management Specification (ISO 9001-based), quality plans, audits, and non-conformity handling; Occupational health and safety requirements (Eskom OHS policies and risk assessments).
• Documentation/compliance: PAYE Tax Evaluation Questionnaire; Non-Disclosure Agreement; Supplier Declaration of Interest; Integrity Pact; SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1/6.2 and related Annexures; local content declarations where applicable.
• Returnables: Schedule of Deviations (if any); Form A Cat 3 quality forms; Category 3 tender returnables.
