Overview

Provision of CA Services: Support, administration and maintenance of CA solutions for 24 months. Target bidders are IT service providers with CA Technologies expertise (modules such as CA Service Desk Manager Suite, CA Service Catalog, CA Client Automation, CA IT Asset Management, CA Software Asset Manager, CA Patch Management) and the ability to supply certified personnel, client references and the required SCM documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 CA module support personnel, each with valid OEM certificates.
• Each certified person must have minimum 3 years’ production experience across SDM, ITAM and ITCM modules.
• A minimum of two client reference letters for similar CA services.
• Complete returnable schedules: MBD 4, MBD 5 (if applicable), MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, plus Official Tender Form and any Annexures; Authority of Signatory; Tax Compliance Status PIN or Tax Clearance; Declaration of Municipal Fees; OHSA Declaration; JV documentation if applicable.
• Registration on the National Treasury CSD (provide MAAA number) and on the eThekwini vendor portal; VAT status where applicable.
• Occupational Health & Safety: 37.2 Agreement under the OHS Act; safety plan and risk assessments as required.
• Tender validity and potential extension, with procurement process rules as specified in the SCT.
