PROVISION OF CAMERA GEAR.

Overview

Provision of camera gear (Fujifilm XT5 kit, lenses, lighting, memory cards, tripod and accessories) to the University of Fort Hare; invites suitably qualified service providers with CSD registration and a valid Tax Clearance Certificate to bid. The RFQ seeks quotes for a complete camera gear package and allows electronic submissions from eligible vendors.

Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate required
• Quotes must be on company letterhead
• Adjudication per SCM policy; UFH may not select the cheapest quote
• No quotation accepted after the closing date/time; official UFH order required
