Procurement of cash in transit services for a 12-month period to the Ethekwini Municipality. Suitable bidders are security service providers with cash-in-transit operations and applicable compliance credentials (risk management, insurance, and relevant certifications).

Requirements

• Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) as a service provider and on the eThekwini Municipality supplier database.
• Tax compliance: Tax Compliance Status PIN or Tax Clearance Certificate; VAT status as applicable.
• Complete returnable forms: MBD 4, MBD 5 (if applicable > R10 million), MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9; Declaration of Municipal Fees; Declaration of Interest; Joint Venture documentation if applicable; Authority of Signatory; Official Tender Form.
• Occupational Health and Safety compliance.
• Clear evidence of authority to sign and legal status of tenderer.
• Sub-contracting disclosures where applicable (part to be subcontracted and sub-contractors’ details).
• Compliance with delivery, risk transfer, and other contractual terms.
