Procurement of Cash-In-Transit Services for the Msunduzi Municipality. Requirements

• Demonstrated cash-in-transit experience (no. of successful projects) – up to 30 points.
• PSIRA-registered security officers engaged on the project – up to 30 points.
• Permanent manager/supervisor allocated to the project – up to 30 points.
• Attend mandatory Tender Briefing/Site Inspection and obtain certificate.
• Valid Tax Clearance and SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; non-compliance may forfeit award.
• CSD registration: provide CSD Supplier Number and Unique Registration Reference Number.
• Prices must be VAT-inclusive, regardless of vendor VAT status.
• Locality and ownership preferences: SA-owned, HDP, Disabled, Youth, and Msunduzi locality – up to 20 preference points.
• Data sheets and annexures completed (Data Sheets include MBD forms; Annexures B–F; CD/USB requirement).
