Overview

Provision of Catering Services at Majuba Power Station for 5 years will be procured through an open tender to supply and manage catering services at Majuba Power Station for 60 months. Bidders should be experienced catering/service providers with food service management capability, food safety/compliance (HACCP), and the ability to submit via Eskom e-tendering.

Requirements

• Eligibility: comply with Tender Data, not under restrictions to do business with Eskom, and not rely on 100% subcontracting.
• Mandatory bid documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 and related annexures; Supplier Declaration of Interest; Tax Evaluation Questionnaire; Supplier Integrity/Compliance forms.
• Pricing: Pricing Schedule/BOQ to be provided in PDF and Excel formats.
• Compliance: health, safety, environmental and quality expectations as per the Scope of Work and Eskom Tender conditions.
• Submission format: bids must be uploaded and submitted through the Eskom e-tendering system; no late submissions.
