Overview

Provision of catering services for UFH’s Research and Innovation. University of Fort Hare invites quotes from suitably qualified catering service providers to supply campus catering for research and innovation events (RFQ 0104.SM/2026).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration is compulsory.
• Original Tax Clearance Certificate required.
• BBBEE: 80/20 preference points (price vs. specific goals); attach CSD Summary report.
• Complete and submit standard bidding documents: SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points), SBD 9 (Independent Bid Determination), and the Pricing Schedule/Declaration of Price (Pricing Declaration Form).
• Quote validity: 90 days from submission.
• Submission via email to smagcanya@ufh.ac.za; no late quotes accepted; UFH reserves right to amend criteria or not award.
