Overview

Procurement of catering services for the University of Fort Hare's Alice campus for research and innovation events. Bidders should be professionally equipped to provide event catering, including menu planning, service delivery and compliance with UFH procurement rules. Requirements

• BBBEE compliance under Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 (80/20 or 90/10, depending on value)
• Original Tax Clearance and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Completion and submission of required SBD forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.2, SBD 8, SBD 9) plus pricing schedule
• Adhere to UFH SCM policies and bid conditions (non-collusive, verified by Certificates of Independent Bid Determination)
