Overview

The Nkomazi Local Municipality invites bids to provide catering services for a 36-month period. This open tender is open to interested caterers that can meet the municipality’s procurement requirements and registration conditions.

• Must be registered as may be required by the Nkomazi Local Municipality.
• Bid responses must remain valid for 90 days.

• Documents: Tender documents will be available from 18 May 2026 and can be obtained at the Budget and Treasury office (Old Malalane Taxi Rank), 22 Impala Street, from the Cashiers Desk (07h45–15h30, Mon–Fri) for a non-refundable fee of R1 740.02 per document, or downloaded for free on the e-Tender portal.
• Submission deadline and method: Responses must be submitted electronically by 29 June 2026 at 10:00.
• Briefing: A briefing session is scheduled for 26 May 2026 at 10:00 at 9 Park Street, Malalane, Malalane 1320. Attendance requirements are not specified as mandatory.
