Overview

Provision of catering services for the Nelson Museum Liberation Heritage Indaba at the University of the Free State, Bloemfontein. Accredited catering service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) are invited to bid for the 29–30 October 2026 event at Free State University, South Campus. Requirements

• Accredited service providers registered on the CSD.
• Submit compulsory documents: SBD 1, 2, 3.3, 4, 6.1, 7.2, GCC, 8, 9; proof of CSD; minimum three catering reference letters with matching POs/Contracts.
• Health, safety and hygiene compliance, including a valid Certificate of Acceptability for food premises.
• Preferential procurement eligibility with supporting documents for Specific Goals (Local, Women-owned, Youth-owned, PWD, SMME, BBBEE where applicable).
• Detailed catering and service delivery requirements: provision and setup of serving stations, equipment, trained staff, temperature control, waste management, and post-event cleanup.
• Electronic submission only; closing date 02 October 2026 12:00 SAST; quotes valid 30 days.
